Please read these terms carefully before using MyEmasCare.
By accessing or using MyEmasCare (the "Service"), provided by Tech United ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, staff members, and any other individuals granted access to an account.
MyEmasCare is a cloud-based nursing home management platform that enables care facilities to manage resident information, medical records, care plans, staff scheduling, billing, and related operations. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance based on the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The collection and use of personal data through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
As a subscriber, you remain responsible for ensuring that any personal data you store in the Service (including resident and staff data) is handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
The Service and all its content, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Tech United and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech United shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
