1. Subscription Plans
MyEmasCare is offered as a monthly subscription service. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. The available plans are:
- Starter — RM 499 per month
- Growth — RM 999 per month
- Enterprise — Custom pricing (contact us)
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Service Interruption: If a proven, extended service outage (more than 48 continuous hours) occurs and is attributable to our systems, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges), we will correct the error and issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Partial months — we do not pro-rate cancellations mid-cycle.
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.
- Termination of your account due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
- Requests made after 14 days of the initial charge (for new subscribers) or after any renewal charge.
- Add-on services, setup fees, or one-time professional services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable eligibility window:
- Submit a request via our Contact Us page.
- Email us at hello@myemascare.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address, facility name, and the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
- You may export your data within 30 days following the end of your subscription.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the platform and will apply to subscriptions renewed after the effective date of the change.
